How are you all doing? I hope really good because i’m doing great. In fact i’ve never really felt much better than I have right now.

I feel so great i’m sure not because of becoming so popular from this blog – did you know how many people read this?! It’s mind blowing. Actually hundreds of people every day look at my terrible before and after picture…I hope I didn’t scar them for life or anything! Just kidding I know they aren’t that bad but they sure aren’t the best thing to look at, well that’s no real secret though now is it.

So anyway someone asked me today, actually it was a friend of mine when we were out for a few drinks after work, who asked me straight up why do a kidney cleanse.

Now she was under the impression that doing a kidney cleanse would help you out lots – but if you’ve read this blog at all than you know that’s simply not true. I mean it can’t be very true at all because it didn’t work for me at all.

By the way does any one even like george lopez? Didn’t think so. He’s just a little odd I think.

Anyway so doing a kidney cleanse won’t really get you feel better in my opinion I mean if it works for you great but if not than you know no problem at all!

So what I did, I told her, was do a colon cleanse because that’s where all the gunk really is. That’s where everything is like stored so it only makes sense that that is where you should focus your attention. I mean it seems right, right?

Anyway doing a cleanse is great and all but I really think you want to choose the proper cleanse carefully. See a colon cleanse will get you results right away.

That’s what you want. You want results that you can see – that are tangible. That you know are going to truly help you. Now stick to your guns guys and do something that will give you results. I’m not here to tell you what to do. Not at all. But I really think you should do what you think will help you the most and listen to people who know and I know. Trust me!

Everynow and than i’m simply asked the rather odd question, “Is doing a kidney cleanse painful?”

Well this doesn’t just apply to kidney cleanses but rather any and all cleanses. This could be a normal cleanse, a colon cleanse, or a kidney cleanse.

There are tons and I mean tons of different cleanses out there that you can do and I couldn’t even name all of them if you paid me a few million dollars although that’d be rather nice so if you want to you know where to find me.

A cleanse, like we’ve gone over so many times on this great blog of mine, is simply just went you go and cleanse yourself. You clean out everything inside of you. You get rid of the crap and start a fresh. If that even makes sense.

So unless drinking water is really painful for you chances are doing a cleanse won’t be because cleanses are all based around basically just flooding your system.  Your goal should always be to flush out your system and make sure there is nothing left over or left behind, know what I mean.

Picture a big cave that is full of gunk. The more water it hits the more the gunk will simply wash away and dissipate. Or almost do that anyway.

This is basically what we’re trying to do here. More or less. You see I don’t know about you but I hate the idea of gunk in your colon or anywhere in your body for that matter. It’s all pretty darn gross if you come around asking me.

That’s why colon cleansers are so great because their main goal in life, good goal right, is to simply wash away all the gunk in your colon.

Their like super washers and they do a much better job than simply water.

What I did was get a simple colon cleanser that really takes all the guess work out of cleansing. All you do is simply take a few pills every day and go about your day.

You don’t have to starve yourself and you don’t have to drink straight maple syrup. That’s terrible all by itself! What i’d really recommend you doing is going out and seeing what types of colon cleansing things you can do.

Like I said there’s literally a million different types of cleanses you can do and once you find a good one than you’ll be able to narrow it down and find one you can really get results from.

Kidney cleansing is something that isn’t very common but something that thousands of people come online trying to find every single day. Weird, right?

I thought so.

Anyway I had no results, obviously, and I was really frustrated that my sister did well with it but not me so I went one day and asked her how she had done so well and what exactly she did.

Here’s what she told me.

She told me she went and got this product and the rest was history. She said it was as easy as pie. I than asked her, to make sure, it was a kidney cleanser and she said for sure.

Come to find out it was actually a simple colon cleanser and she lost all that weight and felt so much better because she did a colon cleansing even though she thought she did a kidney cleansing.

Every now and than people ask me, “Why on earth did you first want to do a kidney cleanse for?”

And to be honest that’s a great question because do this very day I have no sweet clue why I wanted to do a kidney cleanse. Looking back on it it made no sense…

But than again why do people buy cars they can’t afford, or buy homes they can’t afford.

What I really recommend anyone doing is going out and doing a colon cleanse. Because that’s where all the gunk hides and is stored.

If you can cleanse your colon you will loose weight and you will feel better. I’m still not even sure how it’s possible to cleanse your kidney.

I won’t get all into it but the way your tubes work throughout your body it seems to me like it may be near impossible.

So here’s the deal. Do a colon cleanse if you want to but please do your research, and I mean actual research, before doing a kidney cleanse.

It just doesn’t make sense.

A lot of times marketers get out of hand.

They try and tell you that everything is a secret. That if you don’t know this special secret you won’t be able to do something.

Like if you don’t have this latest pill you won’t lose weight. Or if you don’t have this new DVD you won’t be cool.

I guess it’s not a bad thing, right? It just sometimes gets out of hand. And sometimes they down right lie right to you about certain things…

I thought doing a kidney cleanse would be easy, fun, and quick. But I quickly found out it did nothing that I wanted it to.

…In fact doing a kidney cleanse was something that I still regret to this day. Maybe it did have a positive impact on my body as a whole but I really doubt that. In my mind it didn’t help at all and it was a complete waste of money.

A waste of a lot of money…it had no trial i’ll tell you that.

So I was left not knowing what to do. Everyone said to feel better and lose weight to do something different. I didn’t know who to believe though!

Finally I decided to go and see what real people, like myself, were doing. I finally said “screw the marketers” and got the opinion of women just like me.

I love when people get together like that and help each other out. That’s the real reason for the internet not all of this  crap about scammy products.
